Wrong price on the baby cot
It is your job as a manager to analyze the work of your workers and notice if they are doing something wrong. Are you aware of this fact. You have to make sure that everything is performed properly or you will be in trouble. I am sure that you have heard about it before especially if you are reading my blog regularly as I have mentioned it many times in my short articles. I really hope that they are useful for you and that you find something interesting in each one of them. That is why I keep writing them and I wanted to remind you about it in this one. Don^t blame your workers, you are responsible for them and you can never trust them. Recently we have hired a new worker for our store with accessories for babies and I don^t think he is the right person for this job. Recently he put the wrong price on the baby cots that we have in our store. Due to this fact many customers thought that it is cheaper than it really is. It is easy to make such a mistake but it is harder to convince customers later on that they will have to pay more for this baby cotss. I have told him that next time I notice something like that, he will be fired. I hope that he will take it into consideration and finally start working as he is supposed to.
